Today is exactly one month that I'm here. I left my family, my friends, my Italian life to start a completely new experience and I'm so glad about it!
I feel better, I'm feeling changed, a new Virginia, with less problems and more ideas and solid concepts.
I've never been in a place far away from home more than three weeks, so this is a new record for me.
I found people kind, always smiling and that help me everytime.
The differences from home are a lot, but the phrase is "Country you go, culture that you find".
I really love this place, the quiet, the afternoon spent in the pool thinking about how I'm lucky.
Yeah, I'm lucky, happy and more curious!

Oggi è esattamente un mese che sono qui. Ho lasciato la mia famiglia, i miei amici, la mia vita in Italia per iniziare un'esperienza completamente differente e sono troppo felice per ciò!
Sto bene, mi sento già cambiata, una nuova Virginia con meno problemi, ma più idee e concetti.
Non sono mai stata lontana da casa per più di tre settimane, quindi questo è un nuovo record per me.
Qui ho conosciuto persone gentili, disponibili, sorridenti e pronte ad aiutarmi nel momento del bisogno.
Le differenze da casa sono molte, ma la frase resta sempre la stessa "Paese che visiti, cultura che trovi".
Adoro questo posto, la tranquillità, i pomeriggi passati in piscina a pensare quanto sono fortunata.
Si, infatti sono fortunata, felice e sempre più curiosa.
